I wanted to share a quick update and ask for some early feedback.

Before building out the main work order screens, I needed to put a bit of foundational plumbing in place—specifically:

Roles & permissions, so we can link roles to people and appropriately limit access.

Contractor onboarding, so a contractor can sign in and link an individual tradesperson account to a contracting company. In many cases this may be a one-to-one relationship, but I’ve designed it to support one company → many tradespeople as well.

If you have 10–15 minutes, could you please review a few areas in the app (logins below)?

  1. Local Property Manager / Owner

Please log in and try creating a new work order (this is the main flow I’d love feedback on).

  1. Administrator

Log in and review the Admin screens:

Users: create/edit users and assign multiple roles

Roles: create/edit roles and permissions

  1. Contractors

Review the Contractors area, including how contractors are created/edited and how we can link contractors to tradespeople/logins.

I’ll keep iterating on this in the background, but early feedback (anything confusing, missing, or too cumbersome) would be extremely helpful before I go further.
